These terms govern your use of WordWorkshop, a word ladder puzzle game developed by Dialogs (dialogsapps.ai). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WordWorkshop through the web, iOS, or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

WordWorkshop is a free word ladder puzzle game. Players change one letter at a time to transform a start word into a target word, with every intermediate step being a valid English word. The app includes 40 puzzles across three modes (Classic, Bonus, and Advanced) and offers optional user accounts for cloud sync of progress across devices.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is entirely optional. You may use the full game without signing up. If you create an account:

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing bw@dialogs.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in WordWorkshop — including game design, puzzles, visual assets, code, and the WordWorkshop name — is the property of Dialogs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without written permission.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's backend systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure.

6. Disclaimers

WordWorkshop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content in the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialogs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of WordWorkshop. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from errors or interruptions in service. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to use it (which is zero — it is free).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WordWorkshop at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WordWorkshop shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
